2015 Thought Leaders Consortium "The Future of Genomics in Healthcare: From Personalized Cancer Therapy to Wellness"

An ever-growing body of research is demonstrating how specific genes are involved in the development of cancer. With this recognition, personalized medicine is a natural fit for the area of oncology. In the near-term future, the goal of earlier assessment - perhaps even prevention - may be realized through the convergence of genomic tools, personal informatics, epigenetic science, and a patient-activated wellness economy.

In October 2015, the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute will bring together leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians to discuss and debate the future of genomics in healthcare and personalized cancer therapy at the 3rd Annual Thought Leaders Consortium: "The Future of Genomics in Healthcare: From Personalized Cancer Therapy to Wellness." This gathering will stimulate interaction among experts in infomatics, stem cell biology, genomics, epigenetics, and cancer therapeutics.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 24, 2015 to be eligible for a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after September 25, 2015 are non-refundable. Registrations are non-transferable. Failure to appear at the program with no prior written cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of the registration fee (nonrefundable, nontransferable, no exceptions).
